Manchester:(Naveed Khan) According to International Global Times Media Europe, Muhammad Iqbal from George Galloway’s workers Party (GB) started his local election campaign ahead of May 2 for Levenshulme Ward.
The Rochdale MP George Galloway arrived in the longsight along with his candidates and pushed the agenda of Gaza War. Muhammad Iqbal while addressing a large number of people from Levenshulme and Longsight said that He is standing in the election for the people of palestine and for the people of our country united kingdom, We want to please Allah and we want to be better for our community and other communities, Because we don’t want to shy away from our common concerns in the uk as well, But we have to have dialogue.
It doesn’t mean if there is a party problem, We stop speaking or we go hiding like people have in their homes. We speak to churches, mosques, businessmen and our neighbours and tell them the problems that are concerning us on a day to day basis and problems concerning innocent people on day to day basis even if that was in Palestine, UK, India or Pakistan.
Our religion Islam teaches us to be righteous with the needy and the innocent. Therefore, I Muhammad Iqbal as a candidate for Levenshulme ward would request the Levenshulme community to come and support and be a part of George Galloway’s who is the biggest voice not just nationally but internationally for the Muslims and non Muslims. But if we are lacking in supporting him,He is still doing his job but we are too shy too scared to speak for the truth and if people think this is not their problem it cant be more of a problem than us because tomorrow this will be on our door steps as well.
Muhammad Iqbal further said that, He hopes to have the opportunity to talk through his plans with as many new people as possible over the coming weeks as their Workers Party Candidate.
Muhammad Iqbal is the first ever person from Manchester Pukhtoon’s community to contest UK Local Election 2024 and local community also believe that Muhammad Iqbal has the determination to deliver for the whole community, Therefore they are looking forward to vote for him.
